Fred Allard is the founder of Amp Sales. With over 40 years in the Industry, Fred is probably best known for his 15 years spent with TASCAM as a Regional Sales Manager. During that tenure with TASCAM, he solidified many of the dealer relationships he had developed over the years, some dating back to the late 1970’s. His knowledge of retail music, recording, systems design/integration, lighting and live sound make him a valued partner for both our dealers and manufacturers. Fred is also involved as an Advisory Board member for the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences in Tempe, AZ.   States covered include So NV, UT, CO, NM, WY and El Paso and Fred assists in other territories as needed. 

Bill Cone is an Arizona native based in Phoenix Arizona.  Bill previously owned a high tech retail music store (Synthony Music) in Phoenix and has been in the musical products retail industry for over 35 years.  Bill's expertise is in electronic musical products and their integration into the modern musical environment.  Territory covered is Arizona. 

Ken Peveler has been in the musical products industry since the mid seventies, working as a jobber rep, retail sales management, and is likely most known for the 22 years at Korg USA. Much of that time has been in the Southern California market having moved here in 1988. Ken is experienced in most categories of our industry, and really enjoys the ‘art’ of marketing and promotions; tools needed to be a successful retailer in the time period.  Territory covered is Southern California

Pam Desmond has had an extensive career in the music industry since the early 80’s starting as advertising sales executive at BAM (Bay Area Music) Magazine. In 2004 Pam and husband Joe launched Joe Desmond & Associates (JDA), a Northern California rep firm serving the Northern California and Northern Nevada regions. Since Joe’s passing in 2008, Pam’s organizational skills, sales abilities, good nature, and exceptional follow through have continued JDA’s stature as a highly respected rep firm.  Territory covered is Northern California.
